Items needed to process your loan:

Most recent payroll stubs covering a full month showing YTD information

Contact name and phone number for employer(s) to verify employment

Names and addresses of each employer – past 2 years

W-2 forms for the past 2 years; 2004 and 2005

Most recent 2 months bank statements (ALL PAGES) for all accounts

Most recent statements (ALL PAGES), within this quarter, of all other asset accounts: IRA, retirement, money market, stocks, bonds, etc.

Residence address—past 2 years (include landlord’s address if renting)

If you have been divorced, we will need your complete divorce decree and separation agreement along with any child support orders/modifications

Name, address and phone number of your homeowner’s insurance agent/company

Copy of driver’s license(s) and social security card(s) if ss# is not on license(s)

REFINANCE:

Additional items needed to process your loan (in addition to above items):

Copy of Note (& rider if applicable) & Settlement Statement for current mortgage

Copy of Home Equity Line Agreement or Note for 2nd mortgage (if applicable)
